Sew Liberated is looking for a graphic designer to layout our printed patterns as well as help us design both web-based and printed promotional materials. The designer will help us come up with exciting ideas that are in-line with the Sew Liberated brand, helping us to maintain that feel across all materials. The graphic designer will bill Sew Liberated for hours worked. All designs will be the property of Sew Liberated. Responsibilities may include:
Experience with computer graphic design, and a strong, creative portfolio. Preferably, the graphic designer will be familiar with sewing and sewing patterns. The graphic designer will need access to Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. The designer should be able to provide fresh ideas and to work in a timely manner when jobs are available. The ability to maintain great email and phone communication is a necessity.

Contract Graphic Designer
Sew Liberated is looking for a graphic designer to layout our printed patterns as well as help us design both web-based and printed promotional materials. The designer will help us come up with exciting ideas that are in-line with the Sew Liberated brand, helping us to maintain that feel across all materials. The graphic designer will bill Sew Liberated for hours worked. All designs will be the property of Sew Liberated. Responsibilities may include:
- Laying out our printed patterns (fronts, backs, and instruction sheets) in a visually appealing way.
- Giving our free, on-line tutorials a fresh, new look. The finished products will be PDF files.
- Create promotional materials for fabric stores that carry our patterns, such as producing signage, posters, and pattern displays.
- Working with us to design our booth for Quilt Market, which will include creating signage, posters, and promotional packets.
- Coordinate the printing of materials.
